We have made some manuals available to help out both Startershop merchants and people wishing to try the demo store. You probably want the Setting Up Manual (covering adding products and pages, PDF, 4.99mb). The Admin Manual (covering order processing) will be available shortly. (To read the manuals you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Everything in the store is reset at midday and midnight (GMT) every day, and sometimes more often. (So if you are doing anything around that time, and everything goes a little peculiar, don’t worry.)
As Administrator
If you want to try the demo store as an administrator, use the button in the yellow panel at the top of the page. This will log you on as administrator. (Real Startershops don’t have this panel, it is for demo purposes only.)
As administrator, you can browse through the site and use the "Edit" buttons to edit specific pages and products. Once you’ve clicked into editing a page you are also able to delete it. (Some pages you can’t delete, sometimes for technical reasons and sometimes because the information they provide is necessary, e.g. terms and conditions.)
